Yum Yum Yum is all I really have to say about this one. It can be made with beef, chicken, or pork and in a pan or crockpot!!!! Everyone loved it and it paired amazingly with Mashed Cauliflower
Creamy Paprika Chicken
4 oz softened cream cheese
1.5 lbs chicken cubed
1/2 white onion diced
1/3 c Heavy whipping cream
1/4 c chicken stock
1 can petite tomatoes
2 Tbsp paprika
- Cube chicken and season with spices. Heat oil in skillet pan. Brown chicken until cooked almost all the way.
- Throw in onions and cream cheese. Heat for a few minutes. Then add in heavy whipping cream, tomatoes, and chicken stock.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
