Creamy Paprika Chicken

Yum Yum Yum is all I really have to say about this one. It can be made with beef, chicken, or pork and in a pan or crockpot!!!! Everyone loved it and it paired amazingly with Mashed Cauliflower 

 

 

Creamy Paprika Chicken

Ingredients:

4 oz softened cream cheese

1.5 lbs chicken cubed

1/2 white onion diced

1/3 c Heavy whipping cream

1/4 c chicken stock

1 can petite tomatoes

2 Tbsp paprika

pinch of

salt

pepper

onion powder

garlic

Italian seasoning

oil

Directions:

  1. Cube chicken and season with spices. Heat oil in skillet pan. Brown chicken until cooked almost all the way.
  2. Throw in onions and cream cheese. Heat for a few minutes. Then add in heavy whipping cream, tomatoes, and chicken stock.
  3. Simmer for 15 minutes.
