This is now one of my weekly recipe!!! I love these and they were really easy to make. I would love to try with more cream cheese. Just wanted to drop a quick dessert before a busy week!!!
Cream Cheese Pound Cake
4 oz cream cheese softened
4 oz butter
1 -2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1 1/4 c almond flour
1/4 c coconut flour
3/4 c sweetener
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin tin. Blend butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
- Blend in all other ingredients till blended smooth. Add heavy whipping cream slowly till slightly creamy
- Fill tins 1/3 of the way equally and fill all 12 tins.
- Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until done. poke with a tooth pick if needed, it should come out clean
Best part these are 1 net carb each!!!!!
