I have made these a few times and I wont say they are the easiest, especially without parchment paper. But they are worth the work. I have used these as just noodles cut into strips (like egg noodles) or Lasagna, these make perfect lasagna noodles! I don’t know if you have heard about Cream Cheese Pancakes well it’s vertically the same thing with a twist of FAT HEAD . Bossman loved this recipe and it was perfect because we have not been having our normal pasta Wednesday. Ill attempt to make a better version in the near future but I didn’t want to hold back this great recipe from yall!!
2 eggs beat
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 c parmesan
1 1/4 c mozzarella
in of salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 375. Melt cream cheese and mozzeraella in microwave for 30 second intervals until melted. Mix ingredients together preferably with a mixer.
- Spray a sheet pan with edges with cooking spray and place parchment paper on top spray again lightly. Once mix is blended pour batter one to sheet pan. try to make even and on the thinner side.
- Bake for about 20 minutes on middle rack. Once brown a little and no longer runny remove and let cool.
- Cut into whatever pasta you need. I made lasagna but you can cut into strips.
