Keto Lasagna

WOW!!!!! I forgot I was even missing anything. This was by far one of the BEST recipes I’ve made. I added this one for another Pasta Wednesday recipe and it was the biggest hit. I matched it with a nice salad and vinaigrette. I have say my favorite part about keto is you can make so many varieties with the same ingredients.  I very rarely feel deprived of anything.   I think I’m going to be adding this one to my fall meal plan because it was perfectly filling. My family couldn’t get enough and even ate all the leftovers. Bossman’s favorite KETO meal!!!! ( never thought Id say that) Heres the link to my Keto Noodles I used in this recipe.  I also love Aldi’s and by majority of my food from their so when I found this amazing sauce I had to grab it

Keto Lasagna

Ingredients:

***Please refer to above recipe for noodles. This will only be the filling. Thanks

1 lb ground beef

1 1/2 c sauce * above sauce

3/4 c mozzarella

6 T ricotta

pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef and season, mix in sauce.
  2. Spray a deep dish and begin to layer until top , noodle, sauce mix, scoops of ricotta, sprinkle mozzarella. Make top layer cheeses. lasaguna-3.jpg
  3. Bake covered in oven for 25 minutes. and uncovered for 15 minutes.

 

Per Serving – Calories: 486, Fat: 34g,  Protein: 57g,  Net Carbs: 9.5g
