This has been one of my favorite meals since a young age. I had no idea there was a solution for it. So I had to make these as soon as I could. I’m big on recipes being diverse and this one is top on my list! You can make anything from chicken to pork and even shrimp or fish. This is my go to breading now for anything I make, even meatloaf. I made this for dinner and even my son asked for seconds, he told me I must make it again. I’m hoping this will become a staple in your home as it did mine……

Keto Shake and Bake
1/2 C almond flour
1/4 C coconut flour
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
- Mix all ingredients together and pour in a bag
2. Wash meat well and slightly dry. I used about a 1 1/2 lb of meat. Throw meat in the bag and shake until coated well. Take out and shake off excuses breading and place on a greased pan.
3. Bake at 400- 425 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. Make sure to cover with foil until the last 10 minutes.
