Easy Keto Blondies

My weakness has always been sweets! And chocolate chip cookies were extremely high on my list of must haves. I would make an entire package of Pillsbury cookies and eat the whole thing. Since this time I am 45lbs lighter and live a completely different life. I am so happy I can actually say that! So in this journey I am always trying to find an amazing Keto recipe to swap out with the old carb filled one. I have been dying to have a sweet like this especially when I have those weak times once a month. This hits the spot! If your like me an have a serious sweet tooth you have to try this recipe as soon as you can.



Keto Blondies

1/2 C unsalted butter ( I used Kerry gold)

1/4 C coconut oil

1 1/2 C almond flour

1/2 C coconut flour

3 beaten eggs

1/2 C sweetener of choice ( used Splenda)

1 t baking soda

1/2 t salt

2 T sf syrup

1/2 t vanilla extract

3/4 C chocolate chips or Lindt dark chocolate bar chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease a 7X11 inch pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients starting with dry first and add chocolate chips at the end.keto blondies 2
  3. Pour in pan and spread even. Bake for 15-18 minutes.

Carb count 7gs carbs and 2gs fiber make each one 5 net carbs
