Keto Biscuits

Lawd Oh Lawd I found a Keto southern girls Holy Grail!!!! At this point I have become so use to not having any bread its a super nice treat when I can find something close. I was a little skeptical at first But, I cant lie I love fat head dough. And this is the exact same thing. I have to say I love fat head doughs diversity! I can make cinnamon rolls, to Gnocchi, biscuits and more. I had to let you guys in on this secret. I will admit when I started Keto I could not believe cheese could be used to make bread. But these recipes are the proof.

 

 

 

KETO BISCUITS

Ingredients:

2 C shredded mozzarella

1 c shredded cheddar

2 oz cream cheese

2 eggs

1/4 almond flour or coconut flour

salt

pepper

garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese in microwave till melted.
  2. Mix in flour, cheese, and spices.
  3. Place in greased muffin tin. Bake at 400 degrees for 15- 20 minutes or until golden brown.

And that’s it super easy!!! and only about 2 carbs per biscuits
