I have heard so much about this pizza and honestly I heard about this one before FAT HEAD PIZZA but I still tried Fat Head first. I saw videos and post after post about how amazing it was. So after everyone’s raving and it only being 1 Net carb, yes only 1! I had to try it. I mean it was super simple and if I was a bachelorette I would probably keep this super handy for those lonely nights. I have to say I believe no matter what I’m still a Fat Head girl, but this was pretty good. I added sauce and some mozzarella cheese to it and I sweat it turned out just like chicken parm! Which I’m not mad about at all. I have to give this credit for being super easy besides draining and drying chicken. I could definatly have this if the boys weren’t home one night or when I’m cooking for myself. I’m not sure how someone not low carbing would feel about it, as its not really a pizza per say. But since I haven’t had a piece of bread in months I honestly don’t even know what I’m missing. (as if I’m missing anything!!!)
Today was my meal prep day so I made quite a bit. This was my afternoon snack before dinner. I broke fasting around 3pm today because I am was home. I made some step by step pictures to help out for any questions.
Keto Chicken Pizza
10 oz chicken canned
1 1/2 T parmesan cheese
salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder
- Rinse canned chicken and drain as much as possible. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Pat chicken dry with paper towel and place on a parchment paper lined pan. Bake chicken for 10 minutes to dry out more.
- Mix egg, cheese, seasonings, and dried chicken in a bowl.
- Place chicken mix back on lined pan and form into a pizza shape. Press firm and thin. Bake for 10 minutes. Should be browning and dry.
- Top with toppings and broil for 5-10 minutes.
