Keto Egg Cups

I’m an easy morning kind of person. I like everything simple and I’m in a serious routine. I was never really a morning person and I need at least a half hour and some coffee, even if that means waking up earlier than anyone else. So I usually wake up around 6 am an from that time on its always a count down to me till we need to be out the door. So when I have super easy prepared breakfasts it makes my mornings a breeze. I’ve done tons of searching around and I have only found a few great morning recipes. But I’m also not a huge egg person ( cloud bread huge thumbs down). This recipe however has just enough of all my favorite breakfast things in one. Plus I can make different variations all the time, like spinach and tomatoes or ham and cheese. I mean anything that goes with eggs. Hopefully you love this recipe as much as me I make it a few times a month.

 

Keto Egg Cups

Ingredients:

8 eggs

1/2 C shredded cheddar

1 T heavy whipping cream

1/2 C diced bell peppers

1/2 a tube of breakfast sausage or 8 strips bacon

just a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook sausage or bacon till cooked and drain grease.
  3. Mix everything together including bacon or sausage.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and then fill each one 3/4 of the way.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until they are cooked all the way through.

I serve mine with hot sauce
