Keto Sliders

Red meat has been my go to while on Keto, I heard somewhere that it is suppose to help. Anyway I love a good burger or steak so when I came up with this one I knew I was on to something. Plus how easy to just mix it up and throw it in the oven. Simplicity is my favorite!

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef

1 pkg onion soup mix

2 eggs

6oz cream cheese softened

1/2 C mayo (which ever you use)

1/4 C Heavy whipping cream

salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix everything together in together in a bowl. Place in grease a pan (I used a 9×11 here) make sure to mix around till even.
  2. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes till brown

Optional: add cheese and pickle

I don’t have carb count for this one
